Selling a day's worth of tickets is easy. Stopping four hundred people from arriving at eleven is the actual job, and it is what a fixed daily number never solves.
Capacity per slot
Each time band has its own limit. When 11:00–11:30 is full, it stops selling and the rest of the day carries on, so the galleries stay comfortable.
Valid at its time
An 11:00 ticket opens the door around 11:00, not at closing. The window is yours to set, and the gate enforces it instead of the staff arguing it.
Who is inside now
Entries and exits give live occupancy per room, which is what a capacity limit depends on — not a headcount from the tickets sold.
Walk-ups, groups and schools, in their language
Sell online for the popular slots and validate walk-ups at the desk on the same system. Book a coach group or a school onto a slot as a block, without them each needing an email.
Visitors can switch the booking page into the language they know best, and the confirmation email with the tickets goes out in the language you set for the event: English, Spanish or French. A museum on the tourist trail sells to international visitors without a second platform.
No slice of every ticket
You sell through your own payment gateway — Stripe or PayPal, or Redsys with Bizum and CECA if you bank in Spain — and the takings arrive directly to you. We charge per visitor, not a percentage of the till, so a busy summer does not turn into a bigger bill from us.
