Use case

Access control, badges and lead capture for trade shows and expos

Badge visitors and exhibitors, control which hall and which day each pass opens, and let exhibitors collect leads by scanning a visitor's QR — all from the same account, across a multi-day fair.

  • Visitor and exhibitor badges as PDF and Apple Wallet, sent by email
  • Access by hall and by day: a one-day pass opens one day
  • Exhibitors capture leads by scanning the visitor's badge
  • Import the visitor list from a spreadsheet, or open online registration
  • Offline validation for halls where the wifi gives up

The expo problem

Many entrances, many days, many kinds of pass

A fair is not one door on one day. It is several halls, passes that should open different things, and exhibitors who came for one reason: leads.

Passes that mean something

Full fair, single day, professional day, exhibitor. Each opens the halls and days it should, and nothing else — checked at the door, not on trust.

Who is inside now

Entries and exits per hall, so occupancy is live where fire limits actually apply, not a guess from the tickets sold.

Set-up and breakdown

Exhibitor and crew passes that work on the build days too, without mixing them into the public visitor count.

Exhibitor lead capture

The reason exhibitors book a stand

Give each exhibitor a scanner account. When a visitor stops by, they scan the badge and the visitor's registration data drops into their list — name, company, email, whatever the form collected — instead of a bowl of business cards.

Each exhibitor sees only their own leads, and can export them when the fair ends. It is the same QR the visitor already carries for entry, so nothing extra to hand out.

Registration that scales

From a spreadsheet or from a form, in six languages

Import ten thousand pre-registered visitors from a spreadsheet, or open an online form with the fields you need and send each badge by email as it comes in.

The registration page, the emails and the badges run in English, Spanish, French, Catalan, Basque and Galician, so an international fair reaches each visitor in their own language without a separate installation.
