Use case

Access control for corporate events

Company days, conventions, internal training and site visits: import the guest list, validate at the door even without signal, and archive each day when it is over.

  • Import employees and guests from Excel or CSV
  • Offline mode for plants, warehouses and rooms with no coverage
  • Panel in six languages for multilingual teams
  • Each day archived and still readable afterwards

Being clear about this

This is not a time-and-attendance system

We would rather say it here than have you find out after buying.

QRACCESS is built for events: a convention, a training day, a site visit, an open day. It is not a replacement for turnstiles or for payroll time tracking, and it is not designed for daily clock-in of a workforce.

If what you need is to know who attended your company day and for how long, this fits well. If what you need is legally-compliant working-time records, you need a different kind of product — and we will tell you so.

Where corporate events actually happen

Plants, warehouses and basements

Corporate venues are often the worst places for a signal, and the guest list is usually confidential.

Works without coverage

The app validates against a local copy and uploads when the signal returns. An industrial site with no Wi-Fi is not a problem.

Guest lists stay yours

Hosted in the EU, exportable at any time, and deletable when the event is over.

Restricted areas

Limit a scanning device to specific zones, so the person at the plant entrance cannot admit someone to the boardroom.
