Duplicate QR
The app warns that the QR has already been scanned. Check the history and decide.
Every event access control team meets the same four incidents: a duplicate QR, a code that will not come up, an attendee in the wrong seat, and a venue with no signal. The QRACCESS app and the dashboard let you search attendees, check their status, read the scan history and decide on the spot — with data, not guesswork.
Each incident has its own routine. Find your case and follow the steps.

Verify the event, the date and the group before turning anyone away.
The zone, row and seat highlight settles the seating without argument.
Offline mode validates without a connection and syncs afterwards.
When a QR code has already been scanned, the app shows a repeated-scan alert. Depending on how the event is configured, the scan is rejected outright or the scanner user is asked whether to admit it.
The scan history shows when each QR was scanned, so the incident is settled with data rather than a discussion at the door.
A perfectly valid QR can show up as not found when the app is not on the right event. Before refusing entry, check the configuration.
At events with numbered seating, the zone, row and seat highlight settles the seating — no arguments and no paper lists.
There is more detail in the guide on using the app online and offline.
If the venue has no coverage, or the network fails during the event, offline mode keeps QR check-in running.
