Continuous QR scanning for fast queues
Continuous scanning records QR codes at full speed, with no button to press between one scan and the next. When a large crowd hits the door at once, it is the counting mode that keeps the line moving: every second saved per attendee is queue length you never build up.

Continuous scanning
Records each scan directly, without stopping between reads, for maximum throughput. At events with numbered seating, each scan also highlights the attendee's zone, row and seat on screen.
Recommended alerts
Continuous mode trades a confirmation step for speed, so let the alerts do the policing. All of them are set per event, in the Event section of the dashboard (see setting up an event).
- Turn on the repeated-scan alert whenever duplicate QR codes need controlling.
- Choose between outright rejection and a question to the scanner user, depending on the case.
- Add the audible alert if it helps the door staff work without watching the screen.
- Use the confirmation pop-up in continuous scanning when you do want an OK before the next QR.
Special customizations
The platform can adapt screens, alerts and rules to specific cases — for example VIP attendee types, or any other profile that needs differentiated behavior at the door.
Planning the door
Throughput is scanners times speed: continuous scanning raises the speed of each device, and the number of devices does the rest — see how many scanners does my event need. If coverage at the venue is poor, the app can also validate offline; the guide on online and offline mode explains the difference.
