QR access control for your events
Set up an event in minutes, register attendees, sell tickets, issue PDF or Wallet badges and scan people in and out from a phone. No extra hardware.
- Works offline: scanning does not stop when the venue Wi-Fi does
- PDF, Apple Wallet and PKPASS badges, plus attendance certificates
- Sell tickets with no commission on your sales
- Live capacity and entry stats while the doors are open
No card required to try it.

Registration, ticketing and door control in one place
Most teams end up with a form in one tool, a ticketing service in another and a spreadsheet at the door. QRACCESS puts the three together, so the person scanning at the entrance sees exactly who registered and who paid.
Attendee registration
A registration page with the fields you choose. Each attendee gets a QR badge by email as soon as they sign up, or when you approve them.
Online ticket sales
Sell with Stripe, PayPal or local card gateways. Money goes straight to your account — we do not take a cut of your ticket revenue.
Door control
Any phone becomes a scanner. Entries, exits, repeat-scan warnings and live capacity, with as many doors as you need.
It keeps working when the venue Wi-Fi does not
Basements, thick walls, a network that buckles the moment 600 people arrive at once: it happens at almost every venue, and it always happens at the worst minute.
The app validates against a local copy and stores every scan. When the signal comes back, everything uploads. The queue never stops because the network did.
A full day of scans uploads in seconds once you are back online, and repeated uploads never duplicate an entry.

Fast enough that the door is the bottleneck, not the software
Numbers from our own load tests, not from a brochure.
200+ scans per second
Sustained, with 100 devices scanning at once across several events. That is over 12,000 people per minute — far beyond what any physical entrance can pass.
Under 200 ms per scan
What the person at the door actually waits for. Fast enough that the queue moves at the speed people can find their phone.
Unlimited doors
Add as many scanning devices as you need. They see each other in real time, so a badge cannot be used twice at two entrances.

Send badges automatically, and certificates afterwards
Design the badge once and the platform issues one per attendee: PDF for printing, Apple Wallet or PKPASS for the phone. They go out by email without anyone doing it by hand.
For training and accredited courses, it also issues attendance certificates with the real hours, calculated from the entry and exit scans — including night shifts that run past midnight.
